图鉴社 (tujianshe.com) is a cosplay photo gallery and profile site. Images are compiled from publicly available sources and remain the property of their original creators, photographers and cosplayers. If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us as described below and we will review and act on it promptly.
How to submit a takedown notice
Please send your notice to admin@tujianshe.com and include the following:
- Your name and contact details (email, and optionally phone), and your relationship to the work (rights holder or authorized representative).
- A description of the copyrighted work and information showing that you hold the rights (for example, a link to the original publication).
- The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on this site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, under penalty of perjury.
- Your signature (an electronic signature is sufficient).
How we handle notices
After receiving a complete notice, we will verify it and act within a reasonable time, usually within 3 business days. Where the claim is valid, we will remove the content and let you know the outcome. We may ask you to supplement an incomplete notice.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may reply to the same address with your reasons and the basis on which you hold the relevant rights. We will restore the content or follow up with the parties involved, as appropriate.
Likeness and privacy
If you appear in an image and want it removed, please email us with the relevant page links and we will handle it as soon as possible.
Content involving minors
This site does not allow any sexualized or inappropriate content involving minors. If you find suspected content of this kind, report it immediately by email and we will remove it and investigate right away.
EU Digital Services Act (DSA) notices
Notices of illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act, and related communications, can also be sent to admin@tujianshe.com.
Repeat infringement
We stop including content from sources that are the subject of repeated valid complaints.
